The monthly plan

A weekly email
Every Monday morning, everyone keeping two or more homes a plan holds gets one email of what needs doing across them: the homes with a date overdue or due within 30 days, soonest first and by team, and how many certificates wait to be filed and to be confirmed. A week with nothing to do sends nothing, and anyone can switch it off in Account settings.
